Welcome to Health care magic.

1. The report suggest - polycystic ovarian diseases - in this case both ovaries are seen bulky with multiple peripherally arranged follicles with central echo-genic storm.
2.In which hormonal treatment is given to treat mensuration cycle related issues.
3.Rest bladder is normal, uterus is normal - retroverted posterior bend in relation to bladder - its variations of lie of uterus in the pelvis.
4.cervix appears normal.
5.Polycystic ovaries are seen in many cases - so doctor asked to correlate with hormonal / pathological findings. Good luck.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
